I met with Dr. Govindan this morning, and the news wasn't exactly what I wanted to hear. Seems the tumors in my lung and liver have grown considerably. Dr. Govindan stopped my Alimta, and started me on a new chemo called Navelbine. It's an IV push med that only takes 5 mins. to administer, but since my potassium level was low, the infusion took several hours.

It's given weekly for 2 weeks, then I have a week off between rounds. So I'll go home and enjoy my friends and family, and just live every day God gives me to the best of my ability.
