Shauna Beardsley (pictured here with me, husband Dave) is a gifted athlete, computer tech, and mother of two boys, Josh and Dustin. Engaged & married to me in 1999, she worked days while attending night school in pursuit of her Bachelors degree in Computer Science.

She finds her support in her strong network of family and friends, and her faith in the Lord. She was fortunate enough to be in the employ of Joyce Meyer Ministries (her very 1st day) when her cancer symptoms began with a sudden seizure. The staff at Joyce Meyer, including Joyce and her husband Dave & son Danny, have been a blessing to Shauna through these difficult times. Sister Meegan, you're such a tremendous source of strength.

Shauna's goals continue to be obtaining her Bachelors degree, and to one day be a personal fitness trainer to other victims of cancer. As the battle with her cancer continues, Shauna continues to work as much as possible, exercise when she can, and live life to it's fullest each and every day.
